Business Development Manager
Dedication, persistence, and having 15 years of hiring experience are the keys to Asha’s success in helping her clients get the employees they need. After 15 years of owning her own business, Asha went into management and then completed her bachelor’s degree in science with a minor in neuroscience. Her goals are to help companies find the diamonds in the rough they have been looking for and to build new and long-term business partnerships throughout the city.
In her free time, Asha enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, snowboarding, road trips, and much more. Being a single mom of two boys ages 3 and 15, she is always on the go and believes that showing them how to be successful while still being able to live life outside of work is an important lesson.

Ellen believes in cultivating mutually beneficial connections. She is committed to ensuring that a match is a good fit for both clients and workers. With ten years of experience in managing and running a staffing agency, she has done everything from sales to recruiting and payroll to accounts receivable. She has eight years of sales and marketing experience gained through a variety of positions.
Ellen earned her BA from UC Santa Barbara where she was a member of the women’s basketball team. She helped take the team to its first NCAA tournament.
The mother of two teenagers, Ellen enjoys staying fit and loves living in the Pacific Northwest.
President
Michael believes in servant leadership, that a boss should work for his employees, and not the other way around. He has cultivated this belief over the last 23 years in the staffing industry, watching, listening, learning, failing, growing, and leading. Michael has worked at all levels in staffing, from a temporary industrial employee to customer service and sales, to President. Taking everything he believes in and has learned, Michael points LaunchNW upward with a clear strategy, values, and purpose, always knowing that our employees are the most important part of the story.
Michael is married and has two young kids. He and his family love spending time outdoors enjoying all that Oregon has to offer. He is a member of the Oregon chapter of Young Presidents Organization. Michael has also attended six Executive Education sessions at Harvard Business School.
