When he’s not working, Cody enjoys snowboarding, dirt bike riding, spending time outdoors camping and fishing and is an avid sneaker collector. He is also a diehard sports fan and car enthusiast. Cody lives in Hillsboro with his wife Samantha and two daughters Kendall and Madelyn, ages 14 and 6, and is driven by both personal and professional commitments to success

With 15 years of experience in the corporate world doing various roles for companies such as Microsoft, Boeing, Intel and Tri-Met, she brings knowledge of business needs as well as the experience of working contract roles. She knows what it’s like to be on the other side of the desk, and that drives her to give candidates the best hiring experience possible.
In her free time, Kassandra enjoys spending time with friends and family, annoying them with weather forecasts whether they ask for it or not; reading, and annoying her cat.
Business Development Manager
Communication, persistence, and a growth mindset are key to Meralee’s ability to meet the needs of her clients. They have shaped her character as a person who values people above all else. After graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Meralee dedicated a year of service to Americorps working in two inner city schools. She went on to earn a master’s degree in education and had a 16-year career in teaching and educational program development. Over the last few years, she’s transitioned to the business world, including human resources, advising, and recruiting, and looks forward to building new partnerships in the Portland area.
In her free time, Meralee enjoys cooking, golf, skiing, hiking, and travel. She and her husband parent a blended family of 5 children ages 12 to 20 and reside in Newberg, Oregon.

Bryan manages our westside location in Tigard, Oregon and is one of our company’s co-founders. With over 20 years experience in staffing, recruitment, and management specific to the employment placement industry, he has fostered strong, enduring relationships with local businesses. Bryan is focused on helping clients find a great place to call home where they can develop their skills even further!
Inspired by the relationships he builds and the lives he affects every day, Bryan’s goal is to provide superior customer services for his clients and candidates and the lives that they touch.
